Amnesty from the Good Lord

Dear everyone, 

As our dear father would want the best for all us, our Lords offer for all is Amnesty and honesty which comes to you today with the Grace of the Lord.

Your dearest mother had been suffering in a tiny rented. house having been pushed out of the home they own by people who authored the theft of the missing titles.

She deserves a decent home for herself to share with ate Ellen and Leony of course to keep her feeling loved and secured.  Lola had been living with them since the eighty’s.

We have to give her a home for herself, ate and Leony. She has earned it for all the years of her supporting  them.

Our mother have lost our father and that is too painful for our mother having lived

with lolo all her married life.

We need to give her what is due her. She needs a share of their jointly established properties. When we were little with our parents starting their nipa business I had often seen mother carrying bunches of nipa sheaves serving the nipa buyers all pregnant and always looking as if in pain.

After their nipa business, she always went with LoLo whenever  LoLo goes to Manila and everywhere searching for new profitable businesses. She is his partner in every business they undertook.

However, She has been forgotten in the distribution of gifts or proceeds from the Sale of LOLO’s Fairfax  missing titles. She is entitled to this not only because she earned them together with LoLo.  By law she is entitled to all their conjugal properties.

LoLo and Lola earned them together from the start. From the very beginning of their marriage Inay worked hard while LoLo studied and reviewed for his law degree. 

By LAW as LOLO’s wife she co owns tatay’s properties and earnings from the start of their marriage.

Thus she deserves a replacement of their house in America.

To get to the point :  for people to get exonerated from the theft of the missing titles they need to give back Lola, ate Ellen, yours truly’s and Leony’s share of the 603 M sale of lolo’s missing titles. For legal reasons being found, this missing titles becomes part of their inheritance  from tatay-LoLo.

Those missing titles came from  our mother’s own sweat as well as tatays.

When these were taken our mother and father – LoLo and Lola were robbed of their treasures and years of hard Labor.

Wherever the remaining proceeds  of LOLO’s missing titles worth 603 M is, it is underlined that they be returned to the rightful owner: Lola.

Everyone has had their share of the 603 M except four excluded entitled people.

An immediate remittance of the sales proceeds of the missing titles forms part of their inheritance share in the sale of LOLO’s missing titles 

This is equivalent to returning part of the missing titles to LoLo. 

Thus it is underlined that to gain complete amnesty from the theft of the stolen titles sold  for 603 M you need to immediately return the proceeds of the missing titles to the real owner Lola.

Amnesty to all concerned

Amnesty is being offered to all recipients of proceeds from the recent and prior sales of year 2015 stolen titles at 1545 Fairfax Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90019.

If you have received any windfall or shower of unexpected $ coming from the Philippines, this is from the proceeds of the sales of the stolen titles and property documents from your Lolo’s 1545 Fairfax Avenue home in 2015.

The theft loss was subsequent to an unauthorized inventory of said titles in December 2014 of which had been furnished conniving siblings. However, the following were not furnished copies of the December 2014 inventory made prior to theft loss: Lolo and Lola, Tita Ellen, Tita Leonie and yours truly.

Only conniving siblings were furnished the December 2014 inventory of the titles to your Lolo’s files.

Some weeks after said Inventory, there was a break in entry at the Fairfax residence with the address 1545 Fairfax Avenue Los Angeles California. 90019. The police and insurance company were notified of this event.

Not long after the break in entry, there was the titles theft incident where Luchie who was supposed to do the inventory of Lolo’s files of titles, announced the loss of over a hundred titles which consisted mostly of Batangas prime subdivision titles. It was also noticed that the twelve and a half hectares Silonay documents were missing as well.

Information from sources later disclosed that most of the conniving children’s offsprings received $$$$ after their payment for property taxes were remitted to Batangas.

Please take notice that these $$$$ came from the sale of stolen titles taken from Lolo ‘s Fairfax Avenue files. Also please remember that the loss of the stolen titles cost the early passing away of your grandfather barely three years after the theft loss.

Secondly, in your immediate relatives effort to get you an advance inheritance from lolo, even prior to Lolo’s leaving us, the theft loss cost Lolo ‘s life, dreams and early exit from this world. Moreover, the loss of their beloved home at 1545 Fairfax Avenue to your Lolo and Lola, Tita Ellen and Tita Leonie, through the bullying of two male siblings for Lolo and company to sell their beloved Fairfax home which according to some bystanders was to prevent further investigation of the theft.

Recently Vicky announced that Lola, Tita Ellen and Tita Leony could get evicted if they do not pay their rent on time.
We know that Lola used to get the rental income from our ancestral home for FESDC AND SSPC use. Presently, this rentals are delayed and not remitted to her on time. She also personally owns half of our SSPC publications which in many months earn millions for publication of city ordinances. With the minimal publication expenses as Lola also co owns the SSPC printing press, she should be getting millions each month but this millions are pocketed by some misguided ones via manipulation of paperworks.

Moreover the second windfall of proceeds from Batangas sales of LOLO’s prime property documents stolen from their FAIRFAX home by misguided children and distributed to grandchildren has depleted LOLO’s estate only at the profit of conniving siblings and their children.

Now you’ve got your windfall, but you’re enjoying this via vile means.

Thus, you are invited to immediately deposit an amount from half to a hundred per cent of the latest or second windfall or shower in the Los Angeles Superior Court Account of Isidoro Aclan Estate to earn you Amnesty for receiving the proceeds from the sale of filched titles.

An open letter to my dearest sweetest niece

My dearest sweetest and loveliest niece ,

May the Good Lord be with you and your family bringing you good health and good graces!

I beg you to look back and remember the oldest, most generous, and loveliest relation who have blessed us with much love ——-our good and generous Lola!

Do you remember once upon a time when you were a cute and tiny little girl….

Being the first daughter of your parents who have gone abroad, charged with the care of your tiny siblings?

you have in your greatest need, personally communicated with LOLO AND LOLA who were then in the United States to help save you and your family from losing a beloved home at Amihan? 

Lola hearing and in answer to your pleas immediately responded with the pure unadulterated love of a grandmother. She without much ado, flew back home to the Philippines to personally talk to her amiga, Dra M who owns a bank, to facilitate a loan payment and free your home from being foreclosed . 

With her grandmotherly love, Lola gave time, money and her own beloved property to help you and your little sisters wipe away the crux burdening you that you had to carry . 

She flew to your aid mortgaging her D. S. property which is both in lolo and Lola’s name but was truly the place where in her youth , she grew up and learn to love :The place called White House in Batangas during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines.

How is Lola today?  After some years from not quite so long ago, you and your beloved siblings being relieved of the nightmare of losing a beloved home: 

Lola today: lola has been heartlessly out of their Fairfax home: sold via the bullying of two siblings whose objective was to prevent the INVESTIGATION of the theft of over a nundred property documents from LoLo’s files in their Fairfax avenue, Los Angeles residence.

Adding insult to injury, 

one of her beloved daughter who have a daughter married to a tech expert had  been helping spam  lolos administration in charge records.

Lolos administration in charge tries to solve the problem of unauthorized grabbing of scores of subdivision properties in Batangas and hectares of coconut plantation  in Mindoro.

Once upon a time during our childhood days: lolo regularly visited his coconut plantation teeming with mud fishes which jumped and danced around our ancestral living room when LoLo comes back with them in huge  bayongs from his Silonay coconut plantation visits. A beautiful place! Paradise indeed to many tourists! An inviting temptation to our CEO to invite tech partners.

Thus admin mails, websites, computers, phones and other wifi connections became victims of the well known cyber crime.

My beloved niece you are the greatest hope for this cyber crime to be put to a halt!

Do you know that this cyber crime aided and abetted  the theft of tons of Lolos properties in Batangas and Mindoro? 

Did you know that because one offspring given the trust by Lolo were followed by another offspring and another ,.. a chain reaction infecting the other offsprings’ thinking that ‘if one could get away with bad deeds then ……they could get away too?

But do people also know that The Good Lord never sleeps. But is always there…looking down at us?

Knowingly helping a wrongdoer via cyber crime makes one a cyber crime accomplice. Aiding and abetting the cyber crime authors such as assigned CEOS of a business  in her mis appropriation spree ……

of your lolos estate as well as Lola’s inheritance from lolo!

A trusted one have transferred over scores and tons of Batangas and Mindoro lots and other subdivision lots under her care to her name, co authored the Fairfax Los Angeles documents theft and sales/transfers in the Philippines,? Moreover, authored the Bigaan Mindoro “gifting”  , robbed LoLo of his business name “P…..C…….”and manipulated many other properties including the hectares of Silonay coconut plantation in Mindoro.

Cyber crime accomplices in this super hijacking and conversion of a majority part of lolos estate even prior to his going …..

could be charged as co principals via aiding and abetting.

Lola’s present condition: living in a small apartment,  could hardly make ends meet and as she confesses, had to be on a diet as the office rental income of our ancestral home and other income by my fathers subdivision business is hugged by some ‘trusted to help’ but really and truly……..has helped herself to scores and tons of LOLO’s properties and their earnings.

Moreover our parents newspaper income 50% owned by Lola, is also hugged by our so called trusted one……

People are not aware of the ill effects of the cyber crime which spanned and still do up to now, thru continents wherein the following places are located: USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, PHILIPPINES, QUATAR, ETC…

I do not wish to bother your mom about this because she is sickly.  But you are the eldest and you know all that is happening .

Returning your sweet and lovely grandmother’s generosity….

she who have sacrificed much to help save your house in the Philippines by mortgaging her own…..

the place where she grew up during her childhood days…..

This she did for you……

Should we just throw away a good deed? A lovely gift from her heart???

In this time of one’s great need? 

God does not sleep!

Administration is giving amnesty to everyone…..for the sake of Lola and the good old times?

We don’t have to do this! Silonay alone will bring millions! The Good Lord will provide!

The reason. Why our so called trusted one and her accomplices hide and alter true computations.

 But the Lord is good. Take away all doubts. Follow the will of the Lord. Your Lola has helped you in your time of need with an unadulterated kindness to you and your family. 

Now, the Good Lord is giving you the power to stop cyber crime that Lola and all concerned may be relieved of injustice.  

People who authored the taking away of Lolo and Lola’s Los Angeles home to hide a hideous crime of theft of our parents precious possessions, and eventually led to LOLO’s decline in health and finally to his resting place thought that they have succeeded ….

but the Good Lord of Love and Justice never sleeps. 

The Good Lord is always there within and without each and everyone of us. The Good Lord sees all our thoughts and actions, rewards the good and opens the gates of hades for people to see and avoid !

The opportunity for us to choose is given for we are all children of the loving Lord of Justice!

Amnesty and forgiveness is given to all. 

All one need do is go in the way of the Lord and away from the way of Beelzebub!

Stop the Cyber Crimes ! That the principals who rely on cyber crime experts to pave their way to complicity may be convinced to turn around and go ahead with the production of IAA ESTATE properties. This will hasten the distribution to all rightful heirs of LoLo:  Lola and her twelve children which includes your mother, without bias according to the Philippine Civil Code – this I guarantee. Bad stuffs forgiven!

SSPCINC & FESDC being part of IAA ESTATE are Under Administration.
Theft of over a hundred documents and titles to Philippine properties at the president’s residence at Fairfax Ave in Los Angeles were reported in 2015.

Equivalent lots of missing documents and titles were allegedly sold at Batangas city subsequent to mentioned theft loss.

It was also reported that there were numerous unauthorised sales of some Calapan properties particularly in Silonay and in Roxas Oriental Mindoro.
